Capri’s Pizza offers a delivery service to most urban areas throughout England. Each store has a limited delivery area. If you are not in one of our delivery areas, a member of our staff will inform you or our website will not allow you to place an order. Some store opening hours are shorter due to local trading restrictions.

REFUND POLICY

Because of the nature of fast food delivery, refunds are given at the sole discretion of each Capri’s Pizza store

Once an order has been placed and delivered by any of our branches, you must contact the store directly should you have any complaints. The store must be given the opportunity to try and rectify any errors or dissatisfaction on the same day of the delivery. If the store does not rectify this for you then please contact us directly at ilford@caprispizza.co.uk .

PAYMENT

The owner of the card used for payment must present this card upon receiving the order. Card payments are secure.

Our delivery drivers only carry up to £10 in change, payment must be in pound (£) sterling.

Unfortunateley, we do not accept payment by cheque.

We reserve the right to refuse payment if; we are presented with any payment form that violates Section 2 of the Coinage Act 1971

Upon submitting your order details, you are making an offer to us to purchase the item(s) you have specified in your order form. We reserve the right to refuse your offer should it be necessary.

In the event of Capri’s Pizza needing to issue a refund we will endeavour to credit your account within 7 – 10 working days.

Payment methods may vary from store to store.

DELIVERY TIMES

Our goal is to provide the best pizza delivery service in the market which includes an excellent reputation for on-time delivery i.e. delivering pizza at the time we quote. Unfortunately things don’t always go to plan and factors, such as, weather and traffic conditions occasionally prevent us from achieving this. Our typical delivery time is between 35-50 minutes.

PRODUCTS

Side orders are subject to availability. In most cases, your Capri’s Pizza store manager will offer an alternative for any out-of-stock item.

The health and wellbeing of our customers is paramount. Although every care is taken, some products may contain nuts or other allergens. Please contact your store by phone before placing your order if you have any doubts or concerns.

Although great care has been taken to remove all bones from chicken and ham, some may remain.

Minimum order value applies. The minimum order value for each store may vary and you will be notified when you reach the basket if your order is below the minimum value (in most units is £11.99).

OFFERS, PROMOTIONS OR DISCOUNTS

When submitting your order details you may wish to offer to purchase the items specified in conjunction with a particular Capri’s Pizza, promotion or discount. These codes are present on our menus and other items of promotional literature from time to time, and are not valid with any other offers.

Any such order will be subject to the specific terms and conditions of the offer, promotion or discount in question and will be subject to availability.

Meal deals are available at participating stores only and are not valid with any other offer.

We reserve the right to refuse or withdraw any Capri’s Pizza offer prices, promotion, discount or Meal Deal at any time.
